Return Conditions

Right of return within 14 days: If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can notify us and send your product or products in their original packaging, unused and with the labels intact, within 14 days from the date you receive the order, along with the invoice and the MNG Kargo return code. In order for the products to be returned, the return conditions must be complied with. After the necessary checks are completed, the product price will be refunded by deducting the return shipping fee.

Refund to Credit Card

When your refund request is approved, since you made your payment online and using a credit/debit card, the refund will be made through your bank's online payment system, in accordance with the card you used for payment and your payment type. Depending on the banks' processes and practices, it may take up to 1 week or 10 business days for your refund to be reflected on your card. The arrival of your refund amount to your card varies depending on the internal processes of the relevant bank and delays may occur. We kindly ask you to follow up these situations through your bank. In addition, refunds of installment payments are made in installments in accordance with bank processes. The refund fee will be reflected as a positive balance on your card. If you paid via EFT/Money Transfer or cash on delivery option, your refund amount will be transferred to your account via bank within 3 business days.

Exchange Conditions

To change the size of the products you have purchased from www.al-tatari.com.tr, simply send the product to us. The product(s) sent for exchange; It cannot be exchanged for different product(s). If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your product or products in their original packaging, unused and with the labels intact, along with the invoice within 30 days from the date you received the order. These conditions must be complied with for the exchange of products. When your exchange request is approved, your new product will be sent to your address free of charge. If your exchange request is not approved, you will be informed and the product you sent for the exchange request will be sent back to your address.

Return by Cargo

The products to be replaced must be returned complete and undamaged, along with the box, packaging and standard accessories, if any, along with the invoice. Product packaging should be done in a way that does not damage the original packaging of the product and the products inside.
